What's included & how to choose
What does a session include?
Every session is approximately 60 minutes — clinical assessment (more thorough on visit 1), hands-on manual therapy, any modalities indicated for your case (shockwave, ultrasound, TENS, infrared therapy), supervised rehab exercises, and a written home programme update.
Which package should I choose?
It depends on your condition. Mild sprains or recent back pain often resolve in 4–7 sessions (Gold). Knee pain, frozen shoulder and sciatica typically need 8–12 sessions (Diamond). Post-surgical, stroke and chronic conditions usually require 12–20+ sessions (Platinum). We'll give you an honest estimate at your first visit.
Can I start with à la carte and switch to a package?
Yes — many patients do. After your first session we'll recommend the right package. Your à la carte payment can be credited toward the package if you upgrade within 14 days.
Are packages transferable?
Yes. Unused sessions in a package can be transferred to immediate family members (parents, spouse, children). They're non-refundable in cash, but you won't lose them if you can't complete them yourself.
Do you offer family or corporate rates?
Yes. WhatsApp us to discuss family packages (parent + child rehab) or corporate wellness panel arrangements for SMEs.
Is there a charge if I cancel?
No charge if cancelled 24+ hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations (less than 4 hours) are deducted from your package or charged at 50% à la carte to respect the slot you've reserved.
Do you accept e-wallets?
Yes — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE and DuitNow QR. Plus cash, debit/credit cards and bank transfer.
